Product composed of:

• Pair of Nylon PA12 handpieces, painted with a semi-matt finish and a logo print on each handpiece. (With alcohol-resistant and sanitizing protective coating)
• Thermoformed membrane switch in polyester, on electronic circuit board. Push buttons with tactile metal dome technology.

The ergonomic design of the object has been carefully studied to guarantee a comfortable and functional handle.

Step by step explanation of what we did to make this product:

• planning and design
• 3D printing production in Nylon PA12
• finishing by liquid conductive coating, silkscreen printing and digital printing
• implementation of push buttons with thermoformed membrane switch
• assembly on wiring supplied by the customer
