From today we can design and produce functional parts in PA12 with 3D Multi Jet Fusion technology.
The Multi Jet Fusion technology allows to obtain high density parts with high aesthetic, mechanical and chemically stable performances in contact with oils, greases, hydrocarbons and alkanes.
With internal processes, in MCS we complete the 3D parts with finishing treatments that are extremely accurate in every detail. We add then aesthetic finishing, silkscreen printing, digital printing, conductive coating, etc. with the aim of providing the customer with a finished and ready to use object.
We can therefore make prototypes and small productions of functional and mechanically stable objects such as: mechanical parts, enclosures for electronics, medical handpieces, handpiece holders, actuators, knobs, ventilation grilles, equipment, etc.
Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing is therefore integrated as a strategic complement in the range of services and processes offered by MCS.
